This is a full-time, day-time role and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, controlling debt, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances in line with company policies. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts Proactively chase outstanding debts via phone and email Monitor customer credit limits and overdue balances Resolve customer queries relating to invoices and payments Maintain accurate records of communications and account activity Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing issues Support month-end and reporting requirements as required Candidate Requirements Essential: Previous experience in a credit control role Strong communication and negotiation skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines Desirable: Experience working with accounting systems such as ABS, SUN, Collect Experience managing key or high-volume accounts How to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your updated CV for consideration.
