HRIS Analyst | 12 month contract | €45-50k | Cork | Hybrid Your new company Your new employer is a leading Irish semi-state service provider. They are committed to growth, innovation, and sustainability, which continues to be top of their agenda. They now require a HRIS Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. Your new role As HRIS Analyst, you will support the transformation of HR systems in line with rapid organisational growth. You'll work across four key areas: change management, reporting, user access management, and general HRIS support. This includes maintaining Oracle HCM (MyWork), managing access for HR super users, supporting reporting and dashboard development, and coordinating system enhancements and change requests. You'll collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Payroll teams, and act as a system super user and escalation point. What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time-management abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. You'll bring experience in HR systems and reporting, ideally with exposure to Oracle HCM or similar platforms. A background in either HR or IT is welcome, with a mindset that bridges both disciplines. You'll be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing ambiguity.
