You will work closely with the head chef to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in an attractive and appetizing way.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of two years' experience as a chef de partie or equivalent;
* Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of international cuisine;
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Flexibility and willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
