The role of the Legal Associate involves overseeing the legal aspects of our business, ensuring strict adherence to law guidelines and providing expert advice to management on all relevant issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and accurate advice to senior management on a variety of legal topics including labour law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.
* Collaborate with management to devise effective defence strategies.
* Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
* Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
* BSc degree in Law
* Proven experience in a business environment within the FMCG sector
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law procedures
