Role Title: Strategy and Planning Lead H&WGrade: Band 2 Location: Dublin / HybridVhi Health & Wellbeing DAC A 12 month position has arisen within Vhi H&W for the Strategy and Planning role.This role is to monitor, manage and maintain the operating effectiveness of the business governance framework across the H&W business and play a lead in role in business planning activities across the H&W business in the form of H&W and Group Management Committees and Board relations. What will you do:Role PurposeEnsure effective meeting management standards for all executive-level and Board management committees within H&W: EMG, H&W Board, QSRCLead on the annual business planning process in on behalf of the H&W MD's OfficeDraft of the consolidated business plan for approval by EMG and H&W Board and draft consolidated plans required for approval by Group and Group Board based on individual service line plans.Support the development of the annual strategy refresh as part of the annual business planning process for H&W.Act as the liaison between H&W and Company Secretary in relation to all matters relating to the H&W Board, it's agenda and management inputs to same. Prepare the Managing Director report for H&W and Group Board on behalf of the H&W Managing Director. Manage the implementation of Group policies across H&W.
