Job Description:
As a Senior Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of service users while contributing to innovation, research, and continuous improvement within adult mental health services.
The role involves delivering psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to adult mental health services, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated recovery-focused care.
You will also offer supervision, guidance, and support to trainee and staff psychologists where required, contribute to clinical audit, research, and service evaluation to inform service development, and provide consultation and training to other professionals as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology and/or Chartered Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychologist through PSI
* Eligibility for registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland
* Proven experience in adult mental health assessment and psychological interventions
* Experience working within inpatient or community mental health settings is highly desirable
