Job Overview
As a pivotal member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries from internal and external sources, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
* Manage employee relations by maintaining accurate records, conducting investigations, and implementing fair and consistent disciplinary procedures.
* Support key HR initiatives, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement strategies, to foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Maintain up-to-date employee records on the HR system, adhering to data protection regulations and best practices.
* Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
* Provide coaching and training to line managers and desk leads to enhance their understanding of HR policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and projects that align with business objectives.
* Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner using Sage 50 payroll software.
* Represent HR at regular meetings and committees to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
