Owing to our ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to work collaboratively with the People & Culture team.
The role is to support all elements of the employee life-cycle and contribute to the people strategy for this rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities
Candidate Management: Advertise vacancies, maintain recruitment records, regret unsuccessful candidates and schedule interviews.
Onboarding: Draft offer letters and employment contracts, issue onboarding documentation, liaise with finance, IT and benefit providers, create employee profiles on HRIS, and conduct onboarding for new hires/consultants.
HRIS Administration: Ensure all employee information is accurate and up to date on HRIS (currently HR Locker).
Monitor timesheets and approvals.
Training Records: Evaluate feedback on training and development; ensure compliance with mandatory training (e.g., Dignity at Work, Health & Safety, Information Security).
Training & Development Plans: Liaise with line managers on performance feedback; support the rollout of individual development plans; engage with third-party training providers.
Policies: Update policies in line with best practice and changes to employment legislation.
Employee Relationships: First point of contact for general queries from employees and consultants; support line managers with performance concerns; manage probation reviews and performance appraisal processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience.
CIPD membership; knowledge of HRIS systems; exposure to Global or European labour law; understanding of work permits and visa application processes.
Experience managing compensation & benefits; familiarity with DEI best practice.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels; excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working with ambiguity in an entrepreneurial culture; able to work autonomously with a strong work ethic.
Strong problem-solving, communication (written and verbal) and conflict resolution skills; confidential, discreet and diplomatic approach.
