This is a Senior Veterinary Specialist role in the field of Large Animal Surgery. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of veterinary medicine and provide exceptional care to patients.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute effectively to the Section and the UCD Veterinary Hospital
• Participate fully in undergraduate (clinical) teaching, in postgraduate residency training, and in the Large Animal Surgery Service provided by the Hospital
• Dedicate approximately 80% of efforts to duties related to the Section and the Hospital
• Allocate remaining 20% of time to other scholarly activities
Requirements:
• Specialist Clinician experience in Large Animal Surgery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Eligibility for registration with relevant professional bodies
