Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth and Profitability: Ensure action plans are in place and reviewed regularly to achieve targets.
2. Contract / Site Management: Implement and adhere to the cleaning specification, review contracts as necessary, and build relationships with key clients.
3. People Management: Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and development of direct reports, ensuring high standards and meeting objectives.

Required:
* An experienced Senior Manager with proven ability to manage people and revenue in the contract cleaning sector.
* A passionate and motivational people manager.
