Assistant Store Manager Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join our store in Kildare as Assistant Store Manager.
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver operational excellence and drive sales by leading a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the day-to-day running of the store, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving strong operational performance and contributing to planning and execution of promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in the operational management of the store
* Inspire, mentor and guide the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
* Drive operational efficiency through attention to detail and daily routines
* Assist with stock control, merchandising, cash handling and compliance procedures
* Contribute to planning and execution of promotions and seasonal campaigns
* Step into the Store Manager role when required, ensuring seamless operations
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead position within high volume retail
* A results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational, decision-making and communication skills
* A proven ability to motivate teams and achieve strong store performance
