Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across key markets
* Generate and manage leads through outreach, research, and networking
* Build long-term relationships with procurement contacts, contractors, and site teams
* Collaborate with operations to develop tailored proposals and pricing
* Attend client meetings, industry events, and site visits as required
* Maintain accurate sales records within CRM systems
* Consistently meet individual targets and contribute to wider business growth
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience in business development, account management, or solution-based sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong commercial awareness
* Ability to manage a varied workload independently
* Full driving licence (this is a field-based role)
* Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Desirable Experience:
* Familiarity with temporary accommodation, modular buildings, or site solutions
* A network within the construction or infrastructure sectors
