Agile Scrum Facilitator
Description:
The ideal candidate will spearhead Agile Scrum processes within cross-functional teams responsible for software development, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies (demo, redemo, discussions).
* Guide teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices tailored to regulated pharmaceutical environments.
* Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, compliant backlog aligned with business and regulatory needs.
* Track sprint progress, velocity, and deliverables; review planners, update task status, and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
* Identify, remove, and resolve blockers and queries impacting sprint teams; highlight risks and issues to leadership.
* Support sprint teams in project execution and ensure attendance tracking is maintained.
* Foster effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Operations.
* Facilitate discussions between sprint teams and external stakeholders (e.g., Emerson, regulatory, or QA groups).
* Ensure Agile practices align with industry standards, GMP, risk management, and documentation requirements.
* Promote continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on processes and implement efficiency, compliance, and quality enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
* Proven experience managing and supporting digital systems, software platforms, or industrial control systems.
* Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.
* Proficiency with relevant digital tools and platforms specific to the industry (e.g., SCADA, MES, ERP, cloud services).
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, cybersecurity certifications) are a plus.
