IT Systems Delivery Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Delivery Project Manager to lead complex technology projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality IT solutions while incorporating Agile methodologies and practices to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
----------------------------------- **Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, execute, and monitor IT systems projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Develop project charters, scope, timelines, and budgets, track progress against baselines.
* Implement risk management strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Apply frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to manage iterative development and continuous improvement.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, sprint management, backlog refinement, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) and coach teams on best practices.
----------------------------------- **Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; PMP and Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred.
* Proven experience managing IT systems delivery projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and ability to embed them into delivery processes.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
