On behalf of our client in Sandyford we are hiring
Customer Care Agents
to join their growing Insurance company. This role will be starting in early October.
The Customer Care Agent is required to deal with interactions from customers and insurers through various media, including; Inbound, outbound, email, post and face to face contact. The Customer Care agent will report directly to the Customer Care Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide a level of service to customers, which is best in class standard across the market
2. Drive to continuously improve performance through KPI's and quality measures.
3. Promote good attitudes and strong team spirit within the group.
4. Escalate issues as necessary to line manager.
5. Ensure all regulations are adhered to and agreements are fully complied with.
6. Process all required transactions in accordance with company process.
7. Accuracy of data and transaction processing within the role.
8. Advice given to customer must be of specific and accurate nature at all times.
9. Participate in cross training to develop multi skills required for departmental goals and vision.
10. Commit to studying for industry exams and use supports given by company to develop educationally.
Qualifications and Experience
1. 1+ year of customer service experience within a fast-paced, call centre environment
2. Good PC Skills -Relay, MS Excel, Insurer Websites
3. Practical knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance is desirable
