Our organisation is seeking a Risk & Quality Manager to join its Assurance Group, based in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will work closely with engagement teams to provide support on risk management matters and assist in the identification of appropriate standards/guidance.

The Role:

* Work with engagement teams to resolve enquiries related to risk management matters.
">
* Assist teams in identifying relevant standards/guidance.
">
* Design and deliver training to senior management groups on risk management/quality matters and topical developments.
">
* Support teams during audit inspections and external/internal audits, responding to Audit regulators.
">
* Develop internal policies and guidelines on risk & quality matters.
">
* Maintain up-to-date internal documentation and risk management policies.
">
* Contribute to internal conferences, publications, and presentations.
">
* Participate in professional accountancy body committees' projects.
">

Requirements:
">
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent professional with experience working in a Big 4 or global accountancy firm. They will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a desire to move into an advisory role while utilising their existing knowledge and skills.
