Receptionist
to become a key part of our dealership team. This is a front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital support to our sales and service teams. If you take pride in creating great first impressions and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the dealership by:
* Welcoming customers and visitors and creating a friendly, professional first impression
* Answering and directing calls efficiently
* Supporting the team with general office duties and ad hoc projects
* Handling customer enquiries by phone and email with care and professionalism
* Keeping the reception and customer areas clean, organised, and presentable at all times
* Assisting with documentation for vehicle sales
What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
