As part of the development of our Minerals and Feed Additives business, we are recruiting a B2B Sales to strengthen our team and support our growth.
Key responsibilities:
As BDO, you are responsible for promoting and selling our products, establishing and maintaining customer relationships whilst achieving agreed sales & margin targets. To do this, you will need to :
* Consolidate & develop strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
* Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (frequent travels abroad).
* Collaborate with all the teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
* Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Geographical area: UK.

What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar sector
* Excellent client servicing, organisational, and communication skills
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship skills.
