Job Description
Excellent opportunity for an equity trading professional to join a leading Capital Markets firm in Dublin.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Executing and managing day-to-day sales and trading activity for institutional clients and brokers/dealers.
* Maintaining the trading book to ensure optimal liquidity and execution.
* Engaging with internal Sales Trading/Institutional Sales teams to identify and pursue new trading opportunities.
* Providing clients, prospective clients and internal stakeholders with market updates and trade ideas.
Requirements for this Role
Successful candidate will likely have the following background:
* A third-level degree in Finance, Economics, Maths or similar.
* 2+ years’ experience in an equity trading role is required.
* Informed knowledge of equity markets.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
