The Warehouse Manager role entails overseeing all internal logistics from receipt to shipment. Responsibilities include managing warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries, communicating with teams, and monitoring stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Optimize warehouse operations across multiple sites.
2. Coordinate deliveries, transportation, and material flows.
3. Collaborate closely with logistics management, production, finance, and inventory analysts.
4. Manage receiving processes, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective action plans.
5. Oversee stocking, storage locations, spare parts, accessories, and external warehouses.
6. Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory control.
7. Manage waste processes, scrap locations, and coordinate environmental compliance.
8. Ensure efficient material delivery to production lines and information flow between warehouse and production.
9. Support continuous improvement by analyzing slow-moving materials, suggesting improvements, and promoting standardization.
10. Pack finished goods and oversee proper material flow.
11. Monitor closure of work orders and communicate with production teams.
12. Implement visualization systems to improve material management in production areas.
