Financial Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Controller to lead the Accounts Team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and control all aspects of the Finance function of the Hotel and Leisure complex.
* Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals.
* Prepare Monthly Management Accounts to strict deadlines, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow forecast.
* Continuously review and update forecasts for both revenue and costs.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, CPA or similar professional accounting qualification.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
