Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day workflow activities of the Leasing Operations Team to ensure efficient processing of all customer and business partner requirements
* Monitor and report on performance to ensure Leasing Operations activities are carried out within agreed service levels
* Develop and lead individuals through performance reviews and appraisals
* Manage, motivate, and lead the team, ensuring open communication channels
* Identify training requirements and develop training plans for team members
* Continuously review and improve policy and procedural documentation to maintain high levels of customer/business partner service while ensuring a strong control environment
* Apply required controls through comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory requirements
* Act as an escalation point for customer and business partner issues
* Build and manage effective relationships with internal and external customers and business partners
* Provide and present regular performance updates to the Head of Operations
* Support key IT and project deliveries, including IT deployments as required
* Perform core operational tasks as needed to meet team objectives
* Manage the day-to-day Fleet and Leasing portfolio, including seasonal Operational RAC requirements
key Skills, Experience and Requirements
* Degree in Business or Finance-related discipline preferred
* QFA/APA qualification preferred
* Demonstrable experience leading a Leasing Operations business function in a similar environment, with performance management and review experience
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Effective communication skills and attention to detail
* Strong collaborative ethos and ability to motivate and manage a team
* Capable of managing workflow and providing direction under pressure in a high-volume environment
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Deadline-driven with the ability to work on own initiative
* Innovative with proven problem-solving abilities
* Professional presence, capable of representing the business to third partie
