About the Role In this position, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering initiatives, developing and implementing technical strategies that align with business goals and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. * Lead Process Improvement: Own and execute key engineering initiatives that deliver measurable operational success. * Champion Manufacturing Excellence: Boost quality, efficiency and output through robust engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, 7+ years of experience in GMP or highly regulated manufacturing environments, strong project management skills and effective communication abilities.
