Solicitors at this firm enjoy a fantastic working environment.THE POSITIONThe successful individual will work closely with the partners primarily on M&A transactions, as well as investment transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, GDPR and intellectual property matters on a more ad hoc basis.THE PERSONQualified Solicitor in Ireland or a similar common law jurisdiction between 2-5 years' PQE, with a strong M&A specialisation and the ability to run transactions autonomously.
