Senior Site Coordinator Position
This is a senior role for an experienced individual to manage and coordinate site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
About the Role:
* Lead day-to-day site management, coordinating labour forces and specialist subcontractors
* Assist project teams in monitoring progress towards agreed programme targets
* Ensure high-quality work standards and compliance with regulations
* Foster positive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in site management
* Previous main contractor experience, preferably in large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects
* Third-level qualification or trades background
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft software knowledge
* Strong delegation and organisational skills
