The platform services over 20M clients and processes more than 35M customer interactions per year while operating on a 24x7 basis.
**The Expertise You Have**· 5+ years hands-on experience in platform engineer· 5+ years hands-on experience in IaC tooling (Ansible preferred)· 3+ years building and deploying solutions in the public cloud (AWS preferred)· 2+ years hands-on experience in container-based deployment and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes preferred)· Experience with building/enhancing CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins or similar tools,· Expertise with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery and operational automation· Understanding of enterprise-scale platform architecture including high availability and business continuity.
