The Role
We're seeking a hands-on, visionary Food & Beverage Manager to lead our very experienced restaurant, bar, and event operations.
You'll drive standards, energise the team, and help shape memorable guest experiences — from weddings to midweek specials.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a dynamic F&B team across multiple outlets
Ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction
Manage rotas, stock, budgets, and supplier relationships
Collaborate on creative campaigns and seasonal offerings
Champion team development, recognition, and engagement
About You
Proven F&B leadership experience in hotels or hospitality venues
Passionate about guest experience, team culture, and local charm
Strong communicator with a flair for problem-solving
Financially savvy and operationally sharp
Ready to make your mark in a benchmark-setting hotel
