Right at Home are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team supporting clients across the CHO7 Kildare area.
What we’re looking for:
3–5 years’ experience in home care, health, or social care supervision
Minimum Level 6 qualification (or above) in Health/Social Care/Management
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to support carers, carry out spot checks, complete assessments, and ensure compliance with HSE standards
Confidence working independently while collaborating with office and care teams
What you’ll do:
Oversee day-to-day care delivery across CHO7 Kildare
Support and mentor care staff
Complete client reviews, risk assessments, and quality checks
Uphold high standards of care and regulatory compliance
Work closely with the office team to ensure smooth service delivery
