Chef Grade 2 – South Dublin
Join a respected healthcare facility in South Dublin in one of two rewarding roles. We’re hiring a Chef Grade 2 to prepare fresh, nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of patients, staff, and visitors. Ideal for chefs with experience in healthcare, HSE kitchens, or high-volume catering settings.
Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day meal preparation and food service
* Follow set dietary guidelines and portion standards
* Assist in maintaining food quality, hygiene, and allergen awareness
* Operate within HACCP and infection control procedures
Requirements
* QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
* Experience in a healthcare or high-volume catering setting
* Up-to-date knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cook-chill processes
* Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance
* Ability to provide 5 years of work references
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Flexible for weekday and weekend shifts on a rota basis
Salary & Benefits
* €21.58 per Hour
* Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays
* Staff meals provided daily
