Chef Grade 2 – South Dublin

We're hiring a Chef Grade 2 to prepare fresh, nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of patients, staff, and visitors.
Ideal for chefs with experience in healthcare, HSE kitchens, or high-volume catering settings.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day meal preparation and food service
Follow set dietary guidelines and portion standards
Assist in maintaining food quality, hygiene, and allergen awareness
Operate within HACCP and infection control procedures
Requirements
QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
Experience in a healthcare or high-volume catering setting
Up-to-date knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cook-chill processes
Legal Right to Work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance
Ability to provide 5 years of work references
Strong communication and time management skills
Flexible for weekday and weekend shifts on a rota basis
Salary & Benefits

Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays
