Administrative Support Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team.

This role will involve providing administrative support to senior management and other staff as needed, scheduling maintenance calls and coordinating customer call outs, managing orders and invoices, assisting with accounting, budgeting and bookkeeping tasks, and other administrative duties.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.


Requirements

* At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
