Job Overview
This role requires a professional with expertise in data analysis and management to support business decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
* Data Analysis: Lead KYC data analysis efforts, identifying trends, gaps, and developing reporting cadences to support risk monitoring.
* Data Management & Quality: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through cleaning, validation, and implementation of data governance practices.
* Data Governance and Assurance: Implement data quality controls and understand data management best practices.
* Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to assess the AML/KYC program's health and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Data Mining Skills: Clean and prepare data for analysis, handle missing values and outliers, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
* Knowledge of Data Warehousing: Store and retrieve data efficiently using data warehousing concepts and tools.
* Metric Reporting Skills: Define and track KPIs relevant to business objectives, create dashboards and reports using reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
* Automation: Automate reporting processes using tools like Python scripts or Excel macros.
