Base pay range
This range is provided by RECRUITERs. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What the role involves (once trained):
* Building relationships with clients and candidates and becoming a trusted advisor in your market.
* Finding and connecting with great people through smart sourcing, networking and social media.
* Matching candidates to opportunities that will move their careers forward.
* Managing the full recruitment cycle, from first contact to job offer.
* Supporting employer branding and contributing to our wider recruitment strategy.
What we’re looking for:
* At least 3 years’ experience in sales, customer service or recruitment.
* A natural communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building connections.
* Ambition, resilience and a positive, can-do attitude.
* A strong sense of ownership, with high personal standards.
* Confidence with social media, presentations and working with data.
