The role of the Account Manager will be to establish, own, and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on driving revenue and best practice adoption. They will achieve this through understanding customer challenges and recommending tailored account plans and solutions by delivering strategic advice to drive client success, customer education, and satisfaction. An appetite for identifying and executing opportunities to drive growth and success for their portfolio is highly valued. This position is based in our Dublin EMEA Headquarters.
Account Manager, DACH Responsibilities:
1. Grow revenue, education, and solution adoption with clients, partners, and agencies where relevant.
2. Partner with Customer Insights and Direct Marketing to facilitate education and solution adoption programs.
3. Help develop client strategy, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
4. Analyze data to identify trends to enhance support processes and improve team efficiency.
5. Optimize campaigns and identify scalable programmatic solutions.
6. Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives and communicate progress on initiatives to stakeholders, adapting plans based on feedback.
7. Operate as the lead contact for client portfolio matters, including escalation and troubleshooting.
8. Gather feedback from agencies and partners to improve ad products and customer experience.
9. Provide consultative support and up-to-date education on Facebook products.
10. Present key client issues to C-level executives to advocate for the customer within Facebook.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in customer sales/support, agency account management, or consulting.
* Proven success in presentation skills.
* Strong team working skills, adaptability to a fast-paced, international environment, and a drive to make an impact.
* Ability to identify and leverage industry trends.
* Self-starter with critical thinking and analytical skills.
* Effective prioritization and time management skills under pressure.
* Client management experience.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Market knowledge and work experience in DACH markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent).
