About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of water and wastewater pumping and treatment installations. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery: Ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established processes and procedures.
* Tendering Support: Assist the tendering team in developing technical and commercial submissions to ensure maximum value is achieved from every project.
* Procurement Management: Manage the procurement process for all items required for project delivery, ensuring timely receipt and inspection of materials and equipment.
* Programme Creation: Create detailed project programmes that outline all required project interfaces, from design to final site commissioning and handover.
* Liaison and Coordination: Liaise and coordinate all works with clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Site Labour Management: Manage all site labour, including subcontractors, to ensure safe working practices and efficient project completion.
* Quality and Safety: Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards and that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
* Reporting and Documentation: Prepare engineering reports, method statements, and commissioning schedules to support project delivery and client satisfaction.
