Regional Director of People
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Director of People to lead our HR function in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support to management teams.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function in the region, developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and providing coaching and development opportunities to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the HR function in the region, providing strategic direction and support to management teams
* Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies to meet the needs of the region
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including management teams, employees, and external partners
* Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a healthcare or public sector organization
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
Working Conditions:
* Full-time position, based in the region
* Normal working hours apply, with flexibility to work outside of normal hours as required
* The role may involve travel throughout the region, with occasional overnight stays
