Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin Project: Commercial Fitout Overview An experienced Project Manager with a strong commercial fitout background is required for an active project based in Blanchardstown. This role will suit a hands-on PM who is comfortable managing fast-paced programmes, coordinating multiple trades, and delivering high-quality finishes within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities Manage the full delivery of a commercial fitout project from current stage through to completion Coordinate subcontractors, design teams, suppliers, and on-site personnel Drive programme delivery and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule Monitor quality of finishes and ensure works meet client specifications Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Oversee health and safety compliance and daily site operations Track project costs, variations, and procurement alongside commercial teams Identify risks and resolve site issues quickly to maintain progress Requirements Proven experience delivering commercial fitout projects as a Project Manager Strong understanding of fast-track programmes and phased handovers Background managing multiple trades and high-spec finishes Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of health and safety and site procedures What's on Offer Opportunity to join a live commercial fitout project in Blanchardstown Strong pipeline of fitout work within Dublin Established team and supportive project environment Competitive salary and package based on experience Skills: Project Manager
