About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HealthCare Assistant/Residential Support Worker who can provide person-centered care and support, promoting the well-being and independence of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* To contribute to the development and implementation of personalized plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each service user.
* To provide direct practical help and support to individuals in their daily living activities.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
We require a candidate who possesses a QQI Level 5 Qualification in Health or Social Care and has at least six months' experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. A full clean Irish/EU Driving Licence is also essential.
