Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong work ethic. As a Sales Executive Apprentice, you will embark on a comprehensive 12-month training programme that will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in motor sales.
During this training, you will learn about the sales process, database management, marketing, customer service, and everything you need to know to have a successful career in motor sales. You will be mentored by experienced sales executives and receive regular feedback and coaching to help you develop your skills.
The role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, conducting vehicle appraisals, and negotiating prices. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct vehicle appraisals and negotiate prices

Requirements:
* Experience of working in a retail capacity or a customer service/hospitality environment
* A commitment to providing customers with an exceptional level of service
* A strong work ethic with excellent organisation & negotiation skills
* A warm and friendly personality portraying a professional and corporate image
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A full clean driving licence
