Key Job Role: Medical Claims Assessor

About the Role:
This role involves responding to member queries, processing claims and payments, managing customer complaints, and performing general administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Responding to emails and calls from members
* Processing member claims and payments in a timely and efficient manner
* Managing customer complaints in a fair and effective way
* Performing general administration tasks such as data entry and filing
Requirements:
* Recent experience in a similar claims assessor role with a proven track record of success
* Demonstrated expertise in processing claims and complex enquiries, including medical terminology and relevant legislation
* A QFA qualification or equivalent would be highly desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
