Role
We are looking for someone to join our small team with immediate start.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Carry out food preparation and presentation ensuring kitchen standards are met.
* Assisting other chefs.
* Assisting with food prep when needed.
* Helping with deliveries, HACCP records and restocking.
* Assisting with stock rotation.
* Cleaning stations.
* Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
You Are:
* Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable.
* Eye for detail & focus on quality.
* A personal desire to be developed and to learn in your role.
* Should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic.
* Previous experience in a busy fast paced restaurant preferred.
* Ability to support the successful operations of the kitchen and to communicate and work well with other staff and management team.
* Fluency in English.
Schedule:
* hours per week with possibility to increase to full time hours.
