Job Opportunity:
A key position has arisen for an experienced and skilled Operations Supervisor, to oversee the management of our manufacturing facility. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in production supervision.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transport delivery schedule to meet customer demands. They will work closely with the Mill Production Team to ensure efficient production levels are maintained. The Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for managing holiday leave cover across all departments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Cultivating a culture of operational excellence within the mill environment.
* Maintaining high-quality standards throughout all areas of operations.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years' experience working within a Logistics or Production environment. Strong organizational skills, combined with excellent time management abilities, are essential. A degree in Agriculture or related field would be advantageous.
