Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and implementing company initiatives.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results.
* Coach and develop colleagues to improve their skills and performance.
* Manage stock levels, control losses, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
* Previous retail management experience, preferably with a proven track record of success.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (essential).
