Our Client, based in Dublin 24, is looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join their organisation. This is a well-established company with a strong international presence and a trusted network of distributors worldwide.
As Junior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the marketing plan for assigned product range(s) or market segment(s). You will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to and execute campaigns and create clear, effective toolkits that support their sales teams and distributor partners globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver marketing plans for your assigned product range(s)/market segment(s) in line with the company’s brand strategy and business objectives.
* Project manage product launches and campaigns from briefing and content creation to stakeholder sign-off and rollout.
* Translate technical product information into clear, compelling marketing messages for different audiences.
* Coordinate the creation of distributor and sales toolkits, ensuring all materials are on-brand, up to date and adaptable for different markets.
* Work closely with internal teams (sales, R&D, regulatory) and external partners (agencies, designers, freelancers) to deliver high-quality marketing assets on time and on budget.
* Support sales teams and distributors with materials, guidance and best practice for local market activation.
* Contribute to updates across digital channels for your product area(s) – including website, social and email – to ensure messaging is consistent and effective.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify insights and opportunities.
* Track and report on the performance of marketing activities and make recommendations for improvements.
About You
* 3-5 years’ experience in a dedicated marketing role, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, B2B or another regulated industry.
* Recent, hands-on experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns or product launches, including project management with multiple stakeholders.
* Proactive, organised and comfortable managing priorities while knowing when to ask for input.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to translate technical or complex ideas into clear, customer-focused messaging.
* Positive, collaborative and enthusiastic – excited to help build a supportive, energetic team culture.
* Experience working with international distributors or multi-market campaigns is a plus, but not essential.
