The Role: AsIAm has identified the need to recruit a Systems and Operations Manager who will report to the Director of Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining the systems and processes that keep our organisation running smoothly. The successful candidate will take the lead on managing projects to develop, implement, and embed organisational systems, with a particular focus on our CRM, while also overseeing specific operational functions delegated by the Director of Operations. We particularly welcome applications from neurodivergent individuals. Key Responsibilities: Systems & Process Development Lead projects to develop, implement, and improve organisational systems, especially CRM. Work closely with suppliers, developers, and internal teams to ensure systems meet organisational needs. Create clear documentation, user guides, and training resources to support colleagues in using systems effectively. Ensure all systems are accessible, inclusive, and adhere to universal design guidelines. Project Management Plan and deliver system-related projects from design to completion. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement. Involve wider team in design and testing to ensure solutions are people-centred. Monitor progress against agreed milestones and report to the Director of Operations. Operational Support Oversee operational areas or projects delegated by the Director of Operations. Support process improvements in administration, information management, and resource coordination. Data & Information Management Maintain accurate records across operational systems. Support the preparation of reports for funders, trustees, and stakeholders. Work collaboratively with the Governance & Compliance Team to ensure data protection, GDPR, and other compliance requirements are met. Health and Safety Work collaboratively with the Director of Operations, Administration, HR, Governance and Compliance to ensure Health and Safety Policies are implemented effectively. Oversee risk assessments and ensure staff are fully aware of, and implementing, health and safety procedures. Compliance Collaboration Work collaboratively with the Governance & Compliance Team to ensure operational processes align with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practice. Share operational data and system insights to support audits, reporting, and compliance monitoring. Implement compliance recommendations within relevant operational areas. People & Team Support Support the Director of Operations with people management as required and delegated. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative working culture. Key Requirements: Essential A minimum of two years experience as an operations, systems or development manager People or team management experience Proven track record of delivering a CRM system Strong organisational and problem-solving systems Commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and neuroaffirmative practice Strong general IT knowledge and skills Proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders Proven track record in a role that requires you to work across teams Desirable Experience in the charity or non-profit sector Experience in a Section 39 organisation Experience of Salesforce CRM specifically IT knowledge of systems architecture, integrations, and security standards Knowledge of Autism, neurodiversity, and inclusive practice Experience with procurement and supplier management Formal project management training or equivalent experience Contract Duration: This is a permanent role. Salary and Benefits: Salary will align with Grade V, Point 1 of the HSE Consolidated Pay Scale. In addition, we offer: Annual leave allowance of 23 days p.a., with incremental increases based on length of service Additional paid time off (company days) as approved by Management Inclusive and neuro-affirmative team environment Pension and Healthcare Benefits available after successful completion of probation Working Hours: The role is fulltime and working hours aretypically Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility around start and finish times. The role holder is required to have a degree of flexibility regarding working hours with the expectation of some evening and weekend work. Location: The role is based in AsIAm HQ in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will be required to work on site four days per week with the option to work remotely 1 day per week, as agreed with the line manager.
