Kerry.Company: Ard-Ri GroupContract Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: Standard shifts between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40h - 44h per week - flexibility required)Reports To: Transport ManagerSalary: €42k per yearRole Overview: As an Artic Driver for Ard-Ri Group, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods across the Republic of Ireland. You will complete deliveries using articulated vehicles, ensuring all deliveries meet operational, customer service, and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete pre-departure walkaround checks on your vehicle and report any defects immediately in line with Ard-Ri Group Health & Safety policy.Verify orders against the manifest, sign off on receipt, and ensure all load documentation is accurate.Execute deliveries according to assigned route plans and schedules across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.Supervise loading and unloading at customer premises; report any issues promptly.Ensure delivery paperwork, digital delivery devices, and POD records are completed accurately.Collect returns from customer sites where required, ensuring all returned goods are properly recorded and accompanied by a Goods Returned Note (GRN).Hold key-holder responsibility, where applicable, for Ard-Ri Group premises and yards.Return trailers to the Ard Ri/Deanta Kerry/Dublin locations yard after each run.Complete full debriefing procedures at the end of each shift.Operate equipment such as pallet trucks and tail lifts safely (training provided if needed).Required Skills and ExperienceFull, clean CE driving license (Artic License).Valid Digital Tachograph Card.CPC Certification complete and up to date (all 5 modules).Minimum 3 years’ experience operating Artic trucks in Ireland.Proven ability to complete multi-drop deliveries.Strong attention to detail when checking manifests and completing delivery documents.Good verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility in working hours when required.Sectorother service activitiesCareer LevelExperienced (Non-Managerial)
