Your day will include:Expert Repairs: High-quality diagnostics and repairs on smartphones (Apple/Samsung), tablets, and laptops.Drive Sales: Engaging with customers to provide solutions, accessories, and tech advice to hit store targets.Store Ownership: Managing front-of-house duties, including opening/closing, till operation, and inventory management.Customer Excellence: Providing a seamless, friendly experience from the moment a customer walks in to when they collect their device.What We're Looking ForProven Experience: A background in repairing smartphones and tablets in a retail environment.Sales Mindset: You enjoy the "retail buzz" and have a track record of meeting KPIs.Reliability: You are proactive, presentable, and capable of managing store operations independently.Communication: You can explain technical issues to customers clearly and with a smile.Bonus Points: Experience with laptop/desktop repair (though we provide training for the right candidate).Ready to level up your career at CastleWest?
