Finance Manager Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to assume a key leadership role in our finance function, responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the department.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of staff management, financial compliance, and effective financial control. They will also be responsible for driving the development and adherence to organisational policies and procedures, as well as reporting requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain efficient finance department processes.
* Oversee the management and development of staff, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong working knowledge of accounting and payroll systems, excellent MS office skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation, manage conflict, and problem solve.
