They are heavily involved in capital project for large pharma. Technology and Food companies. which they construct turnkey from first sod to commissioning and handover. Projects would range from €50 million to €250 million They are seeking a seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager either from a CSA or M&E background for MEGA Data Center campus in Portugal THE ROLE: Senior QS/Commercial Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure close monitoring of all commercial aspects of your designated project Monitoring and administering construction contracts and ensuring any risks to the company are highlighted and managed appropriately. Develop and maintain good working relationships with all project stakeholders. Work closely with Project Managers and key members of the Site Management team Lead/ coordinate negotiation of final accounts with clients and sub-contractors. Review and understanding project contract documentation. Preparing and analysing supplier and sub-contractor enquiries. Monitoring change in our scope of work and pricing of variations. Preparing and agreeing Monthly progress applications. Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts. Issuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims. Preparation of monthly commercial project reports. Managing and forecasting of project Cash flows.
