Security Operative(Night shift)
Department: Security
Reporting to: Loss Prevention Manager
Location: Adare Manor, Adare, Co. Limerick
Overview: Responsible for the prevention of anything that is likely to cause loss, waste, damage or inconvenience to the company, its staff or its guests.
Operational Responsibilities
* Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
* Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
* Control access to buildings and facilities
* Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
* Write accurate and detailed incident and shift reports.
* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.
* Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
Professional Responsibilities

* To adhere to the Company's policies, procedures, terms and conditions of employment and behave in a manner that is respectful and considerate of the needs of our Company, our Guests and our fellow colleagues.

* To carry out 'hands on' training with current team members in order to grow skills and achieve the standards defined.
Occasional Responsibilities
* To work in other locations or departments on a temporary basis as designated when

* To be available to work nights, evenings, weekends on occasion when required in order to ensure Resort standards/requirements are met.
* To carry out any other reasonable task requested of you by a member of the
leadership team
