The role of Person in Charge is a leadership position that encompasses the management of all aspects of a Designated Centre. This includes providing a high-quality, person-centred service to residents and effective management of staff teams and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* To discharge your role as Person in Charge, in line with the requirements of The Health Act (2007) and associated Regulations.
* To ensure allocated resources are effectively managed and deployed.
Ideal Candidate:Please note candidates must have three years' experience working within health or social care sector for supervisory roles which would be advantageous if experienced within disability field, although an advantage it will not eliminate from other applications.
